Privacy Policy

Effective date: January  21, 2018 | Last updated: July 15, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how PrimeCore Engines ("PrimeCore," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, retains and protects personal information through primecoreengines.com; our online store, account, checkout and Engine Finder features; telephone, email and chat support; and related order, shipping, return, core-return, warranty, financing-referral and marketing activities.
This Policy also explains the privacy choices and rights that may be available to you. It does not govern a third party's independent privacy practices, including a payment, financing, carrier, manufacturer or warranty provider acting for its own purposes.

7. How We Disclose Personal Information

We may disclose personal information to the categories below for the stated purposes. A recipient may act as our service provider or contractor, or as an independent business with its own legal responsibilities, depending on the service and context.

Ecommerce, Hosting and Technology Providers
Providers that host, WooCommerce, accounts, search, forms, databases, content delivery, backups, security, customer service, communications and technical operations.

Payment, Fraud and Financing Providers
Payment processors, banks, card networks, fraud-prevention providers and any financing provider selected by you. A financing provider's independent notice governs information it collects for underwriting or account servicing.

Carriers and Fulfillment Providers
Shipping carriers, freight brokers, warehouses, suppliers and related providers that fulfill orders, schedule deliveries, investigate damage or loss and process returns or core shipments.

Manufacturers, Remanufacturers and Warranty Administrators
Product manufacturers, remanufacturers, suppliers, installers and claims administrators when reasonably necessary to answer an application question, obtain product support, administer a warranty or resolve a product issue.

Analytics and Advertising Providers
Analytics, measurement, tag-management, social-media and advertising providers that help us understand Site use or deliver advertising. Some disclosures may constitute sale, sharing or targeted advertising under applicable state law. See Sections 9 and 10 for the choices that apply.

Professional Advisers and Authorities
Attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, regulators, law-enforcement authorities, courts and other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect rights and safety, investigate misconduct or respond to lawful process.

Business Transactions
A prospective or actual buyer, seller, lender, investor or adviser in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality and legal safeguards.

At Your Direction
A person, installer, repair shop, business or other recipient you direct or authorize us to contact.

8. Cookies and Similar Technologies

The Site may use cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits and similar technologies. These technologies can store or access identifiers and information about your browser, device and Site interactions.

Category Purpose Choice
Strictly necessary Security, network management, cart, checkout, account, consent preferences and essential Site operation. These generally cannot be disabled through our preference tool.
Functional Remember preferences and provide optional Site functionality. Manage through Cookie Settings where offered.
Analytics Measure traffic, interactions, errors and performance to improve the Site. Manage through Cookie Settings where required and available.
Advertising Measure campaigns, build audiences and deliver or evaluate advertising across sites or services. Manage through Cookie Settings, applicable opt-out links and recognized universal opt-out signals where required.

You can manage nonessential technologies through any Cookie Settings or Your Privacy Choices link displayed on the Site. You may also use browser controls to delete or block cookies, although doing so may affect Site functionality. Cookie duration depends on the technology and provider in use.

9. Sale, Sharing and Targeted Advertising

PrimeCore does not sell personal information for money. We may disclose identifiers, internet or network activity, approximate location and inferences to analytics or advertising providers. Depending on the state and the technology involved, those disclosures may be considered a sale, sharing or targeted advertising even when no money is exchanged.

Where an applicable law gives you an opt-out right, use the Cookie Settings, Your Privacy Choices or Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information link displayed on the Site. If that link is unavailable, submit the request using the methods in Section 19. Your choice may apply only to the browser or device used unless we can associate it with your account as permitted by law.

We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16.

10. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track

Where required by applicable law, PrimeCore will treat a recognized universal opt-out mechanism, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a request to opt out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising for the browser or device that sends the signal. If we can reasonably associate the signal with an account, applicable law may require us to apply the choice more broadly.

A GPC signal is browser- and device-specific. Clearing cookies, using another browser or device, or signing in or out may affect how the choice is associated. We will not require you to create an account to submit a browser-based opt-out.

Other browser 'Do Not Track' signals are not governed by a uniform U.S. standard, and the Site does not respond to them unless they qualify as a legally recognized universal opt-out mechanism. Third parties may conduct tracking across sites or services as described in the Cookies and Advertising sections.

11. Accounts, Orders and Payments

When you create an account or place an order, we use identifiers, contact details, addresses, order information and limited payment status data to operate the account and process the transaction. We may retain order, invoice, shipping, tax, fraud, warranty and dispute information as required for business and legal purposes.

Payment-card information should be entered only through the authorized payment service presented at checkout. Payment processors, card networks and financial institutions process payment information under their own terms and privacy notices. Do not send full card numbers or security codes by email, chat, review, fitment or warranty form.

12. Financing Referrals

If financing is offered and you choose to apply, the identified financing provider may collect personal and financial information directly through its application. The provider determines approval, rates and account terms and acts under its own privacy notice. PrimeCore may receive limited information needed to coordinate the purchase, such as application status, approved amount, transaction identifier or order-funding status.

13. Vehicle, VIN and Fitment Information

We use vehicle and engine information to respond to product-identification and fitment requests, document the application reviewed, prevent ordering errors and service the transaction. VIN and related information may be disclosed to product-data providers, manufacturers, suppliers, installers or warranty administrators when reasonably necessary for the request.
Submitting vehicle information does not create an order or guarantee compatibility. Do not include unrelated personal or sensitive information in fitment photographs or documents.

14. Communications and Marketing

Transactional Communications
We may use your contact information for messages reasonably necessary to complete or service a request or transaction, including fitment responses, order confirmations, fraud checks, delivery scheduling, returns, core returns, warranty, recalls, safety and account-security messages.

Marketing Email
If you subscribe or if law otherwise permits, we may send marketing email. You may unsubscribe through the link in the message or by contacting us. We maintain suppression records so that we can honor the request. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop necessary transactional or relationship messages.

Marketing Calls and Texts
Where offered, marketing calls or texts require a separate consent process appropriate to the campaign and technology. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You may revoke consent through the methods stated in the message, including replying STOP to a text where supported, or by contacting us. Supplying a number for an order or support request does not by itself enroll that number in marketing.

Call Recording
If a call is recorded or monitored, we will provide notice and obtain consent when required by applicable law. Recordings, if made, may be used for quality, training, fraud prevention and dispute resolution.

15. Reviews, Photographs and User Content

If you submit a review, testimonial, photograph or other content, we may publish the content, display name and product relationship according to the permission presented at submission. Do not include a VIN, address, telephone number, license plate, payment information or other unnecessary personal information in public content.
We may moderate content for relevance, privacy, security, fraud and legal compliance. We will not suppress or manipulate reviews based solely on negative sentiment where doing so would be deceptive or unlawful.

16. Data Retention

We may retain information longer when required by law, a legal hold, an active dispute, fraud prevention, product safety, warranty administration or another documented legal need. We may retain deidentified information when we commit not to reidentify it except as permitted by law.

17. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed for the nature of the information and the risks involved. Depending on the system, measures may include access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, logging, vendor review, backups, incident response and secure disposal.
No security system is guaranteed. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials, using a unique password and promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized account activity.

18. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your residence, applicable law and whether PrimeCore meets the law's coverage thresholds, you may have one or more of the following rights: 22. Confirm whether we process personal information about you.
23. Access the categories or specific pieces of personal information we hold about you.
24. Correct inaccurate personal information.
25. Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions.
26. Receive a portable copy of personal information in a usable format.
27. Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising or qualifying profiling.
28. Limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information.
29. Withdraw consent for processing based on consent, where applicable.
30. Obtain information about categories of third parties, and in some states a list of specific third parties, to which personal data was disclosed.
31. Appeal a denial of a privacy request where state law provides an appeal right.
32. Receive equal service and not be unlawfully discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.
These rights are not absolute. We may deny or limit a request when we cannot verify identity, when an exception applies, when fulfilling it would adversely affect another person's rights, or when the request is manifestly unfounded, excessive or otherwise not required by law.

19. How to Exercise Privacy Rights

Submit a request through any designated method below:

33. Toll-free telephone: 888-586-2690
34. Postal mail: Privacy Request, PrimeCore Engines, 3729 Hestertown Road NE, Madison, GA 30650, USA

Describe the right you wish to exercise and provide information reasonably necessary to locate the relevant records. Do not send unnecessary sensitive data.

We will confirm receipt and respond within the period required by applicable law. Many state laws use a 45-day response period and permit an extension when reasonably necessary, but the actual deadline depends on the law and request. We will explain a material denial and available appeal process where required.

Identity Verification
We may compare information in the request with account, order, contact or transaction records and may ask for additional information. We use verification information only for verification, security and legal compliance. We will not disclose highly sensitive information such as passwords or full payment credentials in response to a request.
Authorized Agents
Where applicable, you may authorize an agent to submit a request. We may require proof of signed permission or legal authority and may ask you to verify identity or confirm the authorization directly, except where law provides otherwise.
Appeals
If we deny a request and applicable law provides an appeal right, submit an appeal by calling 888-586-2690 or mailing it to the address above with 'Privacy Appeal' clearly stated. We will respond within the time required by applicable law and provide information about any available regulatory complaint process.

If we introduce a qualifying program, we will provide the required notice before enrollment.

21. Nevada Privacy Rights

Nevada law may allow a Nevada resident to submit a verified request directing an operator not to make a covered sale of certain information. 22. Rights in Other U.S. States

Comprehensive privacy laws in states including Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Maryland, Minnesota, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Texas, Utah and Virginia may provide rights described in Section 18 when applicable. Other states may adopt or amend privacy laws after this Policy is published.

Applicable rights, exceptions, deadlines, appeal rights, universal opt-out duties and coverage thresholds vary. We will process a request under the law that applies to the requester and our business. Where required, we will honor recognized universal opt-out signals and provide a clear mechanism to opt out of sale or targeted advertising.

Because state privacy laws change, PrimeCore reviews the coverage, thresholds, child and teen requirements, data-protection assessments and opt-out procedures applicable to its operations and updates this Policy when needed.

23. Children's Privacy

The Site is intended for adults purchasing automotive products and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from a child under 13 through the Site. If we learn that we collected such information without legally required parental consent, we will take appropriate steps to delete or otherwise address it.
Some state laws provide additional protections for minors and teens, including restrictions on targeted advertising, sale, profiling or sensitive-data processing. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.
A parent or guardian who believes a child provided personal information may contact us at 888-586-2690 or by postal mail using the address in Section 28.

24. Data Security Incidents

We maintain an incident-response process to investigate suspected unauthorized access, acquisition, use or disclosure. If a security incident triggers a legal notification obligation, we will provide required notices in the manner and time required by applicable law.
For Georgia residents, applicable duties may include notice under O.C.G.A. § 10-1-912 in the most expedient time possible and without unreasonable delay, consistent with measures reasonably necessary to determine scope, restore system integrity and accommodate legitimate law-enforcement needs.

25. Third-Party Sites and Services

The Site may link to or integrate services operated by other parties, including financing providers, payment processors, carriers, social networks and manufacturers. Their privacy policies govern information they collect for their own purposes. A link or integration does not mean PrimeCore controls that party's practices.

26. International Visitors

The Site is operated for the United States. If you access it from another country, information may be processed in the United States, where privacy laws may differ. We do not represent through this Policy alone that the Site is offered into or compliant with every non-U.S. jurisdiction.

27. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy prospectively to reflect changes in practices, technology, vendors, products or law. We will post the revised Policy with an updated effective date. When required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before a material change applies to previously collected information.
