Get to Know PrimeCore Engines
Helping customers shop for replacement and performance engines with clear product information, practical fitment support and transparent policies.

PrimeCore Engines is an automotive engine ecommerce store based in Madison, Georgia. We help customers shop for new and crate engines, remanufactured engines, long blocks, short blocks and related engine accessories for compatible cars, trucks and SUVs. Our catalog is organized to help vehicle owners, installers and automotive professionals compare available engine options and understand what is included before placing an order.
Buying an engine involves more than choosing a vehicle’s year, make and model. Product condition, engine code, casting information, drivetrain, emissions equipment, prior modifications and included components can all affect compatibility. We aim to clearly present the product price, condition, specifications, freight requirements, core charges, warranty coverage and return conditions before checkout. Customers should review the complete listing and confirm the application with a qualified installer before installation begins.
Engine Shopping Made Easier
Our goal is to make complex engine purchases easier to understand. We organize products by engine type, vehicle application, manufacturer and condition so customers can identify relevant options without relying on vague descriptions. Each product listing should clearly state whether the engine is new, crate, remanufactured or another applicable condition, along with its part number, specifications, included components and known exclusions.
New engines, remanufactured engines, long blocks and short blocks do not include the same parts or require the same installation work. External accessories, sensors, wiring, intake components, oil pans, flexplates, programming and emissions equipment may be excluded unless specifically listed. Customers and installers should carefully review the complete product description, photographs, warranty information and installation requirements before ordering additional parts or beginning installation.
Verify the Details Before Installation
When available, PrimeCore Engines may assist with product selection using the VIN, vehicle year, make, model, trim, drivetrain, engine size, engine code, emissions application and other information provided by the customer. Complete and accurate information is important because manufacturers may use different engine configurations within the same model year, and those differences can affect mounts, sensors, oil pans, electronics, programming and emissions equipment.
Fitment assistance does not replace inspection by a qualified automotive installer. Previous engine swaps, salvage history, regional specifications and aftermarket modifications may not appear in standard vehicle records or VIN databases. Before installing, adding fluids, painting, programming or modifying the product, compare the delivered engine, part number, identification tags, serial number, casting, configuration and included components with the order and vehicle. Any specific fitment guarantee should be provided in writing for that individual order.
Unless a different product-specific condition was clearly disclosed before purchase, customers may request return authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery. An eligible buyer’s-remorse return must remain unused, uninstalled, unrun, unpainted, unprogrammed, unmodified and free of oil, coolant, fuel or other fluids. All identification tags, documentation, included components and reasonable protective packaging must remain with the product.
For buyer’s-remorse returns, the customer is responsible for authorized return freight and a 15% restocking fee applies. PrimeCore pays reasonable authorized return costs and does not charge a restocking fee when we confirm a shipping error, covered freight damage, material nonconformity or PrimeCore fitment error based on accurate customer information. Installed or operated products are generally handled through the applicable written warranty. Core returns follow a separate authorization, inspection and credit process.
Engines, long blocks and short blocks are heavy products that may require LTL freight rather than standard parcel delivery. Depending on the shipment and destination, delivery may require an appointment, commercial receiving access, liftgate service, a forklift, loading dock or terminal pickup. Available shipping methods, estimated handling time, delivery charges and location requirements should be presented on the product page or during checkout before the customer submits an order.
Inspect every freight shipment before signing the carrier’s delivery receipt. Check the pallet or crate, bands, wrapping, labels and visible product for impact damage, missing components, shifting or evidence that the shipment was opened. Note visible damage or shortages on the delivery receipt and take photographs from multiple angles. Preserve the packaging and contact PrimeCore before installation, repair, disposal or unauthorized return shipment.
Brands We Carry, Clearly Presented
Depending on product availability and eligibility, the PrimeCore Engines catalog may include products identified with brands such as ATK Engines, BluePrint Engines, JEGS, VEGE, Chevrolet Performance, Ford Performance and Boostline Performance. Brand, product condition, manufacturer or remanufacturer, part number, warranty provider and included components should be clearly identified on the applicable product page before a customer places an order.
Brand names, trademarks, logos, vehicle names and part numbers are used to identify products and compatibility. Displaying or referencing a brand does not mean PrimeCore Engines manufactured the product or is an authorized dealer, certified reseller, endorsed partner or affiliated company unless that relationship is expressly stated and independently verifiable. New products should be described as new only when accurate, while remanufactured or refurbished products should always be clearly distinguished from factory-new products.

Transparent Returns, Core Credits and Warranties
High-value engine purchases require clear post-purchase rules. Our public policies should be easy to find from product pages, the site footer and checkout, and customer service should apply them as published.
Returns and Refunds
Unless a different product-specific term was clearly disclosed before purchase, customers may request return authorization within 30 calendar days after delivery. An eligible buyer’s-remorse return must be unused, uninstalled, unrun, unmodified and free of fluids. The customer pays return freight and a 15% restocking fee applies. For a confirmed PrimeCore shipping error, covered freight damage, material nonconformity or PrimeCore-confirmed fitment error based on accurate information, PrimeCore pays reasonable authorized return costs and no restocking fee applies.
An RMA is required before shipment. Installed or operated products are ordinarily handled under the applicable written warranty rather than as a voluntary return. Product-specific exceptions disclosed before purchase control for the affected item.
Core Returns
A core return is separate from returning the purchased engine. When a core charge applies, the product page or checkout should disclose the amount, eligible core, return deadline, freight responsibility, required condition, inspection standard and credit method before purchase.
Written Warranties
Warranty coverage varies by product, manufacturer or remanufacturer. The applicable written warranty should identify the warrantor, duration, covered defects, exclusions, documentation, claim procedure and responsibility for labor, diagnostics, shipping and related costs. PrimeCore may assist with claim intake when stated, but does not expand another warrantor’s coverage.
